A month ago ‘yesterday’, my wife gave birth to Ley. But I thought it was only yesterday. Time’s really passing by so fast. Tomorrow’s another month again.

With the past 31 days, Ley has experience a lot in this world already. In her second week she suffered from pneumonia and we’re thankful it never lasted long. Ley’s very healthy now and strong. She gained weight and grew few a inches. Before, she cries almost all day and night, seems like she feels uncomfortable all the time. But she’s more at ease now. She enjoys looking at things around her when she’s awake and just lying in her crib. You can never see her like that before. Many improvements happened to her in just a month. Thank God for fulfilling our hearts.

Now what? Get the cake and share it to the readers, honey. Ooops, you said I forgot to greet Ley, but I really did not. You think I did? Please. Maybe this post is a bit late… What do we have for next month? Oh, it’s Sam’s birthday. I’ll greet her now. Happy Birthday Sam.

We sometimes aren’t sure of what to put on our Desktops to make the most of it. Most of the times we to upgrade the memory but unsure of the compatible modules we need. Looking for some helpful tips, I came across Crucial.com. It installs an ActiveX to your PC and automatically scans your hardware. The results are displayed right there and then. And I think the results were accurate in terms of Brand/model of your hardware. Cool.

Crucial is compatible as of now with IE browsers but they also have a tool which you can download and run on you PC locally. Like the ActiveX, it will automatically computes the upgrade you need and displays the result.

The result basically shows the number of memory slots on your motherboard, the options you have, and some hardware information as well. Eg. CPU, OS, etc…

I have already identified what I need but I don’t have budget.

Since I was a only a kid, I’ve been dreaming cars already. Red Ferrari, Yellow Lamborghini, Silver McLaren. I get fascinated with pictures and everytime I would chance to see them on calendars, I would hurry and tell my playmates about it already. And they would all say “Kow kaganda. Sarap magka-gay-an ano?”. [Wow, pretty. Isn't it great having one?]

Later on, I started to realize that it’s pretty impossible to own one. Based from what I got, it is. It’s still a dream I would say. And then I decided to start dreaming of cars which are more affordable and available locally. Toyota, Mitsubishi, Honda, Kia, Nissan, Hyundai, etc. I thought that I would be able to drive one when I get a job, but I did not. Seems like my long dreamed car is still a dream.

Not anymore! I was driving a Honda Civic, upgraded from engine to it’s exhaust. Painted in black with Orange and White stripes on the side, new 18″ rims in orange. And I own it too. Wow, it was really cool having one. I drive it around the City Center, to the Airport all the way to Beacon Hill. Man, it was fast. I love it.

But hey! Don’t believe me just yet. I also own a yellow H2. Know what I mean now? Man, it’s cool. Brand New. Whooa… Me too can’t believe that I have them. Seems like I am still dreaming of it. Alright, I think I have to stop dreaming about it now. I’m just addicted playing Need For Speed. But I know that there will come a time that I would have a car, even not as pretty as them. After 7 months, he’s coming back. He’s been emotionally harned all those months and he decided to come back home for good. Everytime I call him, he always sound stressed. I always hear him complain of the way he’s being treated by The Boss. He understands that The Boss is running on some personal issues. Really BIG issues because The King of one country is hunting them down. What he don’t understand is why does he always get the side-effects. And he’s the only one getting them. Well, I experienced it too, for 2 secs. She answered one of my calls and when I asked if I can speak to my dad, she told me “Masyado maaga and tawag na to ha”. It was 6AM there so I just apologized then said goodbye.

My Dad doesn’t know what to do at first but then decided to tell The Boss his concerns. He asked her why he’s getting ill-treated and The Boss said she just have a probem. She even tried to apologize but in the end my dad still decided to fly home instead. Few days later, she told my dad the he can fly home by January. And then today, she told my dad that he’ll be flying home this week. And few minutes later, the drivers were already outside waiting for my dad to bring him to the airport. This is according to my mom who is really worried about what’s happening. And I, together with my brother will pick him up from the airport tomorrow night. And we don’t even get the flight number.

My dad gets a monthly salary, 58% less than what he signed on the contract. And this has not been a problem to him since he know it from the start that the contract is just for formality purpose. Something for him to show to the embassy so his Visa gets approved.

No matter what happened, it is still a blessing that for 7 months, he earned few grands to sustain our family. Thanks God.

My rig has been down for about 3 months already. Last week, Arvynn allowed me to borrow his spare ECS mobo (forgot the actual model) and I am currently using it, temporarily. And now I am looking for this item.

TipidPC.com is the only place I know to look for the item. But it’s very hard to search for one. Almost all the items I see are sold already. Some items are very far that I don’t know how to meet the seller. Socket 462 or Socket A mobos are already phased out by the way.

I have some ideal finds however. I need your suggestions. Please.

1. EP-8RDA3G (EPoX) - A little old mobo but I am pretty impressed of the specs. Please let me know if 2500 is fair enough for this item. Full Specs
2. EP-8RDA3I (EPoX) - Pretty much the same as the first item. Posted price was 1500 but the seller is offering 2500 including delivery of the package. Full specs

EPoX Company has stopped due to financial scandal.

3. MSI K7N2-L - The package includes the Amd Sempron 2400 w/ orig AMD hsf. Item is selling for 2700. Plus 128MB DDR PC333.

Another user is offering his Biostar M7VKD. No additional infos.

Please help. I really need my rig fixed.
