Ala Eh on Max’s Power Breakfast
Last week, one of the hottest issues around is the Max’s Power Breakfast. Dine Racoma, aired her reviews with Max’s Power Breakfast post on her blog and it was sort of negative regarding their service.. (and some food).. (not sort of..). JAngelo was disappointed as well.
I got really curious about this new breakfast package so even without free pass, I invited my wife, Sam, and Lyn to try it on Max’s Salitran branch, Dasmariñas Cavite.
I ordered tocino meal and Champorado (choco-lugaw or porridge). My wife ordered Chikin Adobo flakes meal, and Lyn, doesn’t like the Sausage meal so she ordered tocino as well. Leah asked the waitress to have her eggs scrambled instead and she approved it.
Let me have my reviews too.
The Service
Like what Dine and JAngelo have on their posts, service took for long. But I think we did not wait for an hour. The eggs that were suppose to be scrambled were not scrambled. But they changed it after we asked them. Thanks.
The Food
I liked the Tocino Meal. It was more delicious and juicy compared to other restos I’ve been.
The Chicken Adobo flakes did not please our taste buds. It tasted like an adobo, cooked a long time ago, and then recycled for Chicken Adobo flakes.
I wanted to order a Sausage meal as well but I can’t eat anymore.
The Coffee
I am not a coffee lover but I still got curious of their brewed coffee so I tasted it. It was real brewed. My wife loves coffee so I let her took a sip of it eventhough I should’ve not.
The Champorado
Very delicious. Creamy. I can finish two serves, I think. Maybe even more.
All in all
I think I can have another morning at Max’s. But only if I have moolahs to spend.
For those who haven’t tried yet, you may want to try it as well and have us know your reviews too.

i would visit daddy nice ash’s site everyday for the past few days, and i have already memorized that smile, little did i know that this is another of your sites.
yes, that experience was a disappointment, but know what? the next day, i joined my best friend and barkada for a max’s spring chicken lunch at the mega mall, you would be amazed how efficiently they handle a large volume of clients everyday!
