Cu4tro Cantos is the new Ala Eh Blog. Since I cannot provide pure Batangueño articles, I decided a revamp of the site, which I think is more appropriate. Cu4tro Cantos refers to the four members of the Cantos Family. In spanish, Cuatro means Four, and Cantos means Songs.

Now, I’ll tell you how I met him.  October 2003, after months of job hunting, I finally landed my dream job; (I also prayed for this job). or shall I say the Job, it’s actually the job that I prayed for. How I prayed for my husband

I remember how as a young girl, I would wish on a star that someday I may meet the man of my dreams, my prince charming. And of all the good characteristics that I could wish my prince to have, only 2 things mattered; that he is handsome and kind-hearted.

Years later, I fell in love. Went broken-hearted then fell in love again. Went broken-hearted AGAIN then fell… Oh, you know the cycle.

The relationships I had before I met my husband were of weak foundation. Those were years of on and off tango with uncertainty; of good and bad times; of hoping and some more hoping. Each relationship, I would hope that the guy would be the one.
