Sasuke and Itachi fight on the same side for the first time
Itachi and Sasuke versus Kabuto
This is interesting. Sasauke and Itachi are on the same side aiming to stop Kabuto. They are fighting for good but does Sasuke realize that?
Anyway, no matter how the fight would end, I think the brothers would gain each others trust and eventually give Sasuke a clearer state of mind. I hope I’m thinking right.
Would Itachi tell Sasuke the truth this time? Would Sasuke believe it?
Does Sasuke’s plan still makes sense?
In Chapter 271, Naruto has become a Bijuu
The Fourth Ninja War is almost over. Well, at least that’s what it tells me right now. All divisions has stopped the Edo Tensei revived by Kabuto while two areas are still going on. The Five Kages has combined their forces to face the real Madara. From what it shows, the battle with Madara is interesting. I’m sure lots of secrets can be further revealed. And while the Five Kages are strong, Madara would not go down easily on them.
On the other side of the battlefield is the conflict between the Naruto, Bee, and the Akatsuki as led by Tobi. To the uninitiated, Tobi has claimed himself to be Madara but later on reveals that he can be anyone when the real Madara was revived by Kabuto. This revelation leads us back to our old question, Who is Tobi?”
Anyway, it looks like this battle is ending soon as well with Naruto and Bee coming on top. Naruto has achieved Bijuu mode and has taken full control of the Kyuubi for a limited time (for now). The allied ninja forces including the best of the best of Konoha are also on their way to support Naruto. Kakashi and Guy are also fully equipped on Naruto’s side dealing damages to enemies. Bee and Hachibi are in their ultimate status and ready for anything the Akatsuki will throw against them. The Bijuus that Akatsuki has have also gathered together with Naruto and they look to be in Naruto’s side now. Though we’re not sure it’s gonna end pretty soon, that’s still what I would assume.
Sasuke has showed up again on the scene as well as his team, Karin, Juugo and Suigetsu. Itachi (edo tensei) was also shown on an urgent mission to stop Kabuto. Sasuke and Itache met once more and it looks like they are going to have a lot to catch up. It seems though that Sasuke’s plan to destroy Konoha is still on. His beliefs has not changed and I would not think that Itachi is ever going to change it. Sasuke and Naruto are meant to meet again, on a battle to test their principles.
But does it still makes sense? If Sasuke ever attack Konoha, would he succeed at this rate? Yes, we know he has achieved Eternal Mangekyu which is admittedly powerful, but his team is certainly outnumbered. I would not judge Suigetsu and Juugo’s capability, but would you ever think they can overpowered Kakashi and Guy? How about the rest altogether? Should Sasuke ally with Tobi again? I don’t think so as well.
I guess what I am trying to say here is that Sasuke should stop his plan to destroy Konoha right now. There’s no point of doing it. Yes, that’s what he believes, he may continue with his plan, but not so soon sweetie. Madara, Akatsuki, Orochimaru, all of them waited a long time to finally push the first big step. If anything, he should just face Naruto once and for all to prove what he has. If he defeats Naruto, that’s fine. He just proved he is stronger. But that power is still not enough to bring down a Shinobi world which has started to unite for peace.

I say this is too much for Naruto to handle. You know, Rinnegan and Sharingan combined plus they are all Jinchurikis. It seems to me that this new six paths of Pain is the ultimate force we would see. The strongest force the villains can be. This is only my opinion.
Here’s what I think. We might see another Naruto vs Sasuke, before Naruto vs. The New Six Paths of Pain. I mean, we should see it. The two will finish what they have started (excuse too much cliche), and Sasuke must realize that Konoha needs him. He should stop his non-sense revenge, which starts to look even more irrelevant now considering the situation. Naruto and Sasuke should fight side by side.
But where is Sasuke? How shall we put him back to the story? What is he planning right now?
One more thing. Is Madara the new host of the Shukaku?
