What would you if you were a millionaire? Well, I am talking about Philippine Pesos millionaire. What would you do if you won 3-5 million pesos in a lottery or a game show or maybe from inheritance? Just thinking about it is so overwhelming. But here is what I’ll do if I were a multi-millionaire like George Lindemann Jr. For me, being a millionaire means I’ll have a lot of opportunities to help others. I can help my family and relatives better their livelihood. I can help my Baranggay in their projects. I can also help our Church in their charitable works. I would like to help my favorite charity Gawad Kalinga in their aim to build houses for the poor. I’ll buy my own house. I will invest my money in stocks and bonds. I’ll put up my own business, I would probably be in the food business. Take up culinary arts. I’ll save some for my kids education. I’ll save some for my retirement. I’ll save some for a little traveling adventure. Whew, that’s a lot of ‘I will’ and ‘I would’s. Most of all, I will thank God for trusting me with this sum of money, I will thank God for this wonderful opportunity to help myself and others.

I grew up by the sea. My hobby is catching fish via crossbow. (improvised, so it’s not crossbow anymore.). Among my friends, I was the only one who can hold breath underwater in longer than a minute.

But because I stopped living by the sea when I was in college, I lost that record. I tried holding my breath underwater and I hardly reached 15 secs.

Last weekend, we had a family outing in Calamba Laguna, known as the Province of Private Pools. I gave that name for it has so many private pools along the service roads. I took 3 bottles of beer with more than 1 hour intervals after each one, and soaked myself in the pool from 10:00PM to 4AM. I did breath holding underwater and counted, 1001, 1002 and on… I was able to hold my breath for more than 30 secs. And I improved every time I tried.

Just this afternoon, I get a stopwatch and measure how long I can hold my breath. 40.7 secs.

I was able to secure my student license from LTO Batangas wayback in college but I was unable to renew it. After 6 years, I secured another student license.

Last Monday afternoon I went to LTO in Imus Cavite. I know it’s not late yet but the clerk guy said they are not processing applications anymore. So I just asked the requirements to make sure I am prepared. I only have the Application Form and Birth Certificate.

It’s been a while since I last posted about household chores. And it’s quite loooooong. I think I’m missing it so I’m here again with another helpful knowledge to share.

Washing the dishes is one of the common routines in the kitchen. You may say it’s easy to do. Yes. You just need to know how.

Like other chores such as washing clothes, I’ve been doing this task since grade school. Back then, it’s quite uninteresting to me since I have to fetch water to use, and besides, I want to play with other kids.

The last time that I remember the date was April 24. And now it’s already 26.

Yesterday, I never greeted my wife a Happy Anniversary. No gift at all. I maybe on my strangest set of minds that I thought it was just the 24th. I was on the training and whenever we use to write dates, I always write 04/24/2007.

While waiting for the service van yesterday evening and waiting for my wife, I saw her with boxes of Mister Donuts on her hands. I wonder where they came from. I never thought she bought those. Or maybe I thought of that as pasalubong (some uses hand-me-downs), for her brothers. Though, I never asked my wife.
