How to go to Anilao Batangas
Summer sits around the corner once more, and you might be probably thinking of your summer plans as well. I would recommend paying a visit to the Beach Resorts of Anilao Batangas, for a different kind of deep sea adventure. There are lots of diving sites in Anilao Batangas and before I talk about it, let me tell you first how to get there.
Option A – How to go to Anilao Batangas
From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), head towards the South Luzon Express Way (SLEX) via Sucat Parañaque or via EDSA, whichever is more comfortable. Drive along SLEX and take Lucena/Batangas Exit. Drive pass through Calamba Laguna and take the STAR Tollway in Sto. Tomas Batangas. The end of the STAR Tollway leads to Diversion road in Balagtas Batangas which leads to the International Port of Batangas if you take the flyover. DO NOT take the flyover, instead make a right turn to Bauan Batangas. Upon exiting Bauan proper, the road yields to a Y junction. Take the left of the Y and the long winding road will lead you to Mabini. You will pass through a zigzig road which leads you to another Y junction. This time take the right of the Y and it will take you to Anilao Batangas and to other places with beautiful beach resorts.
Option B
Just follow option A so you won’t get confused.
Now let’s talk about the options and places you might enjoy in Anilao Batangas. If you’re adventurous person, you would probably like to experience under the sea adventures and lots of SCUBA diving places in Anilao will satisfy you. And if you’re there just to relax and burn your smooth skin under the sun, there are even lots of it in Anilao. Why don’t you just take a peek at the below list?

Pacquiao vs. De La Hoya, December 6, 2008
The time of the year has come once again for Manny Pacquiao, Filipinos best boxer ever, the only man who can clear EDSA, who can make people stay at home, and make every politician stops arguing each other. The most awaited boxing fight of the year is happening December 6, MGM Grand, Las Vegas, Nevada. See you there.
Where to watch Pacquiao vs. De La Hoya fight?
The fight is can be viewed live in SM Cinemas and Rockwell. Live feed will also be aired at Solar Sports and other PPV channels. Some restaurants will provide free viewing as well like the past fights. In Manila City, it’s already a tradition to put a large screen on a basketball court where people can watch the fight. Not sure if it’s free though. In General Santos, Manny’s home town, large screens are provided as well. Fight will be shown in Manny’s own mansion in the said town too. Other alternatives could also be available probably on the internet. It just requires some effort to seach and you’re in. Live feed, Free.
Do not watch the fight on GMA 7
On GMA 7, the fight will be shown 4-5 hours delayed. There will be a 15-minute long commercials after each round. News will already spread on other TV channels who wins, Pacquiao or De La Hoya, while the first match is being shown in GMA 7.
My suggestion to GMA 7, reduce the commercials, 5-min commercial after every 2 rounds is good, and people will not get annoyed of your sponsors.
Or, you can have your commercials played all throughout the fight, as long as there’s at least 1/4 of the screen alloted for the fight. I guess people will surely like it. What do you think?
Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez
Then my Pacquiao vs. Marquez predictions did not come true; except to those for politicians. It is still something to be happy about because once more, Manny Pacquiao triumphed over Juan Manuel Marquez.
But the fight was not as intense as Pacquiao – Barrera or Pacquiao – Morales. It’s not worth the excitement, it’s not worth the PPV, it’s not worth anything. The scores are somehow questionable as well. 115 – 112 for Marquez, 115 – 112 for Pacquiao, 114 – 113 for Pacquiao. I don’t know anything about scoring the match but it’s not convincing for me. This is just my opinion.

Pacquiao vs. Marques: A Prediction
Dubbed as “The Unfinished Businessâ€, the Pacqiao – Marquez bout will continue on March 16th. Once again, all Filipinos around the world will reunite for this big event. I don’t know what power Manny Pacquiao has that everytime he goes to the ring, we forget our problems until the fight ends.
But there’s a gut feel in me that Manny Pacquiao will lose this time, unless he knocks out Marquez. Somehow, I sense that there’s an “over-confident†side on Manny that may cause him to be careless. In this fight, Maquez is the underdog.
GMA 7 is once again very proud to announce that they will air the fight. But I know and I am sure that they are not after the “free fight for kapuso†but after the ROI they will get from advertisers. Once again, I am sure that commercials in between rounds will be longer than the round itself, just like the Pacquiao – Morales and Pacquiao – Barrera. F them. They should effin stop it. It doesn’t effin work. They don’t have to air it LIVE, They just have to minimize effin commercials. Air commercials after every two rounds will be just fair for the viewers. As long as it doesn’t use twice the time.
On the other side, I am certain that many politicians have booked their flights already for this event. Have they scheduled a seminar in Vegas on this date? Or there may be an Economic Conference they will attend and coincidentally, it’s Manny’s fight. Disclaimer: This is just an opinion with no basis.
Then after the fight, the next faces you’ll see on your TV screens are the faces of the Arroyos, Lito Atienze, Chavit Singson and some other politicians pretending they are Congratulating Manny but in fact, they just want to be seen by the people. It’s like “Hey, I’m close to Manny, close din tayo ha?†They are parasites using Manny for some attention. They must stop. And to the media, please stop interviewing them after the fight. They just make a suppose-to-be-the-best-show suck.
And oh, I almost forget. Just in case you’ll be looking for other politicians during the fight, maybe for a Senator or a Congressman, just hang out in Rockwell or SM cinemas. You’ll surely find them there. But don’t disturb them on that day alright? Respect their time. It’s a time for themselves and for their families. Set an appointment the other day.
Mayweather vs. Hatton video
I missed the Mayweather – Dela Hoya match months ago and I was wondering how did Mayweather defeat Dela Hoya. Oscar Dela Hoya is way advanced compare to him but when I saw his match against Ricky Hatton, I got the answer.
Last weekend I watched this much awaited match subbed as “UNDEFEATED”. Ricky Hatton and Floyd Mayweather were both undefeated fighters and this match made Hatton not undefeated anymore. Hatton vs. Mayweather video. via Metacafe
