		<description>that&#039;s the way it is in most government offices here..kawawa naman tayo taxpayers while those seated enjoy luxury spending our money...to think of, tayo lang yata ang ONLY country where yung Birth Certicate ay nag e-expire... such stupidity..why? does my birth certficate change its details 6 months form now? grabe..lokohan na..you have a redundant computer charge..documentary stamps..etc..all going to their filthy pockets... wake up Filipinos..niloloko tayo ng gobyerno..</description>
