First off, this is making me a total noob.

Can someone help me connect Asus Eee with WIndows XP Internet Sharing? Or the other way around?

I can connect to the internet using My Asus Eee directly over a 3G connection. I can also have this successful connection with Windows XP. But then, since I only have one 3G connection, and there are 2 of us here who want to connect to the internet at the same time, I am attempting to use the internet connection sharing feature of both OSes.

I have already setup a LAN connection between the two systems. Asus eee can ping WinXP and vice versa. But then I cannot have a successful internet sharing.

I already tried this methods:

Windows –> Asus Eee –> Internet (Failed!)
Asus Eee –> Windows –> Internet (Failed!)

Windows –> Internet (Good)
Asus Eee –> Internet (Good)

As I can remember, I was able to do this to Windows - Windows internet sharing before.

I already looked at so many forums, websites and all. I followed the instructions but no avail thus far. Not surrendering though. I know it’s possible to do, I just need more time. I haven’t eaten dinner yet and I am totally hungry now. Like my stomach is already roaring like thunder.
