The whitish/yellowish sore on your lips
Have you had this kind of shallow painful holes inside your lips, cheeks, base of the gums or under your tongue? I have. This is called “Singaw” in our language but the medical term for this is “Canker Sore”. It is a type of Oral Ulcer. It usually cures by itself but can be a cause of Oral Cancer if it doesn’t disappear after 14 days.
